Important Supplier Notice
Suppliers are responsible for keeping product information, pricing, stock availability, and fulfilment details accurate. Golden Hammer may review supplier activity to protect customers, marketplace quality, and platform trust.
Supplier Responsibilities
Supplier Registration
Suppliers may apply to join Golden Hammer by creating a supplier account and providing accurate business, contact, store, and product information. Golden Hammer may review supplier accounts before allowing products to go live.
Product Listings
Suppliers are responsible for listing products accurately, including descriptions, categories, images, measurements, pricing, availability, packaging, and any delivery or handling requirements.
Product Approval
Golden Hammer may review, approve, reject, edit, hide, or remove supplier listings where required to protect marketplace quality, customer trust, and platform standards.
Pricing Responsibility
Suppliers are responsible for keeping prices accurate and current. Prices may need confirmation where market conditions, bulk quantities, distance, delivery, or supplier stock levels affect final pricing.
Stock and Availability
Suppliers should only list products they can reasonably supply. If stock changes, suppliers should update the listing or inform Golden Hammer as quickly as possible before customer orders are confirmed.
Fulfilment and Delivery
Suppliers may be responsible for preparing, loading, dispatching, or coordinating goods depending on the order arrangement. Delivery terms, timelines, and responsibilities should be clear before fulfilment.
Quality Standards
Suppliers must provide goods that match agreed product descriptions, quantities, measurements, grades, brands, and conditions. Misleading, unsafe, counterfeit, or poor-quality goods may lead to removal from the platform.
Returns and Complaints
Suppliers may be required to assist with customer complaints, damaged goods, wrong items, missing items, cancellations, returns, or refund reviews where the issue relates to supplier products or fulfilment.
Account Suspension
Golden Hammer may suspend or remove supplier accounts for false information, repeated customer complaints, failure to fulfil orders, misleading prices, poor-quality goods, or misuse of the platform.

Apply as Supplier
Create a supplier account and submit your business/store details.
List Products
Add products, categories, prices, stock details, and delivery notes.
Review and Approval
Golden Hammer may review supplier details and product listings.
Receive Orders
Confirmed orders or enquiries are shared for fulfilment and coordination.
Golden Hammer’s Marketplace Role
Golden Hammer helps connect customers with suppliers and may assist with order coordination, delivery support, payment confirmation, supplier communication, and marketplace quality control. Suppliers remain responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their goods, and the fulfilment of confirmed supplier obligations.
