Please read these terms before using Golden Hammer.
Marketplace Role
Golden Hammer operates as a construction procurement marketplace that helps connect buyers with construction materials, tools, equipment, site supplies, and suppliers. Product availability, prices, specifications, delivery timelines, and delivery costs may vary depending on supplier confirmation, stock levels, location, quantity, and market conditions.
Product Information
Golden Hammer aims to display product information as accurately as possible. However, some product details, images, prices, descriptions, and availability may require confirmation before an order is finalised. Customers are encouraged to confirm important specifications before placing large or sensitive orders.
Orders and Confirmation
Placing an order or enquiry through Golden Hammer does not always guarantee immediate fulfilment. Some orders may require supplier confirmation, delivery confirmation, payment confirmation, and review of site access before processing. Golden Hammer may contact the customer to confirm order details before fulfilment.
Delivery
Delivery costs and timelines may vary depending on supplier location, customer location, product type, quantity, road access, truck requirements, and site conditions. Large or heavy orders may require special delivery arrangements.
Supplier Listings
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their product information, pricing, availability, and store details are accurate and up to date. Golden Hammer may review, edit, approve, suspend, or remove listings that do not meet platform standards.
Payments
Payment methods may vary depending on the order type and supplier arrangement. Some payments may only be requested after order and delivery confirmation. Customers should only follow official Golden Hammer payment instructions.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations may depend on product type, supplier policy, order status, delivery status, and whether goods were custom, bulk, heavy, or specially arranged. Customers should contact Golden Hammer as soon as possible if there is an issue with an order.
User Responsibilities
Customers and suppliers agree to provide accurate account, order, delivery, and contact information. Users must not misuse the platform, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or use Golden Hammer for unlawful or misleading activity.
Limitation
Golden Hammer is not responsible for delays, pricing changes, delivery challenges, stock changes, supplier issues, or other matters caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
